Return Policy


If for some reason your item does not work out, that's okay! You have 30 days to return your item for a refund. If it is past the 30 days I will not be able to offer a refund. 

Also to be eligible for a refund your item must be unworn, free of stains, holes and all original tags still in tact. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Sale items discounted more than 35%
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)


 I will happily exchange an item if it is damaged or a different size is needed. Though because I am a small business, inventory can become limited so I may not be able to exchange for the same product. If there is no stock for size and/or damaged items you may receive a full refund or store credit of your choosing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping of the exchanged item back to you. 

Please consider choosing tracking when shipping back your exchange or return so you are aware of when it arrives to me. 



Roux Lily Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office.  Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
